I acknowledge that RIDING IS A RISK SPORT AND HOLDS POTENTIAL DANGER and that all horse may react unpredictably on occasions, even when being handled on the ground.*

I understand that I must obey the instructions of the instructor and comply with the Health and Safety requirements of the establishments. I confirm that to the best of my knowledge all of the above details are correct.*

Physically I am able, reasonably fit and well balanced on a horse at all gaits. The horse that I will use on this lesson does not have any serious behavioural problems that may disrupt the lesson, other horses or riders. *

I understand that wearing an appropriate riding hat and body protector may reduce the severity of an injury should an accident happen. I will accept and follow all reasonable instructions given by the INSTRUCTOR. *

I am aware that activities involving horses can be dangerous and unpredictable and that I can be injured or killed. I accept all risks of personal injury, death or property damage (including the horse) to myself or caused to others. *

I am aware I may be personally liable for injury or damage to other horses, people or property that is caused by my horse or myself and have been advised that I should insure myself against such risks.*

I understand that and agree to photographs and/or videos of myself and my horse may be/being taken for promotional purposes in future literature and/or social media marketing. *

I understand that the information I have given will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation but may also be made available to Insurers or other parties in the event of any injury or incident.*
